Michael Klein now has a blog.

On his first post, he writes:

First of all, I am thankful to Alfred Corn who -- unbeknownst to me (one who is mercifully and occasionally regrettably out of the loop literary) is living in the UK these days. For some reason, the look of his blog and what was found there in the beginning of his thinking about poetry in the place where he is, made me want to start today.

Speaking of Alfred, he posted recently a long piece about gay poets in Britain as well as a substantial post on gay marriage and Prop 8.

Speaking of Prop 8, Band of Thebes posts a breakdown of of a long interview openly gay writer Richard Rodriguez gave to Salon.com about about Prop 8 and its aftermath. Rodriquez was a Pulitzer Prize finalist for his memoir about his complex father issue.
